Executive Board

The Executive Board is made up of Officers, Directors, and Committee Members, and is responsible for planning all TSM | Cornell programming.

Officers

Officers run E-Board meetings and are in charge of the organizational aspects of TSM. The President oversees the activities of each committee and approves major decisions of each committee. The Vice President assists the President in overseeing the activities of each committee. The Treasurer is in charge of TSM's finances and creates a club budget each semester. The Secretary handles the organizational aspects of the club, such as email communications, room bookings, attendance keeping, and meeting notes.

The Social Committee runs social events for general body members and executive board members to build a community of Women in STEM and to help underclassmen navigate Cornell academically, professionally, and socially.

Enrichment Committee

The Enrichment Committee plans and creates TSM’s largest events (such as Sustainability Summit and Speaker Series) to promote TSM’s goals of professional development and supporting women in STEM.

The Outreach Committee works with local middle schools and organizations around Ithaca to host presentations and workshops that aim to inspire and engage young girls in STEM.
