Executive Board
The Executive Board is made up of officers, committee directors, and committee leads and is responsible for directing the planning of all TSM | Cornell programming. See below for more information on the roles and responsibilities of each committee.
Officers
Officers are primarily responsible of the organizational aspects of TSM. The Co-Presidents oversee the activities of each committee and approves major decisions of each committee. The Treasurer maintains TSM's finances and creates a club budget each semester. The Secretary handles the organizational aspects of the club, such as email communications, room bookings, attendance keeping, and meeting notes.

Social Committee
The Social Committee runs social events for general body members and executive board members to build a community of Women in STEM and to help underclassmen navigate Cornell academically, professionally, and socially.

The Enrichment Committee plans and executes TSM’s largest events (such as Sustainability Summit and Speaker Series) to promote TSM’s goals of professional development and supporting women in STEM.

The Outreach Committee works with local middle schools and organizations around Ithaca to host presentations and workshops that inspire and engage young girls in STEM.
