We welcome Jean Bonhotal, Director of the Cornell Waste Management Institute, to talk about mortality composting and disease response. CWMI is in the school of  Plant  science in Soil and Crop Sciences. They concentrate on Organic Waste Management as it pertains to overall environmental quality and soil health.
