Fall 2026 Recruitment Information

Recruitment Timeline
  • August 31st: Coffee Chats Open
  • September 5th, 2:30pm-4:00pm: ClubFest
    • Meet members of E-Board at ClubFest on the Arts Quad
  • September 6th: Applications open 
    • Applications will be available on our website and in our Instagram bio​
  • September 10, 5:00pm-6:00pm: Meet the STEMinists
    • Meet our E-Board, location TBD​
  • September 14, 5:00-6:00pm: Info Session

    • Learn more about The Steminist Movement and our committees​, location TBD

  • September 21: Coffee Chats Close

  • September 23, noon: Application Due

The committee application will be accessible here on September 6th.

Committee Responsibilities

Please review the following committee responsibilities to determine which committee would be the best fit for you:

Enrichment Committee: Plan and create our largest events for the Cornell community (e.g. Sustainability Summit, Speaker Series, etc.) to promote our goals of professional development and supporting women in STEM
Outreach Committee: Plan and run our outreach programs that foster a love for STEM for local middle and high school students
Publicity Committee: Create and diffuse content that promotes our events through social media, website, email lists, and other channels in the Cornell Community
Social Committee: Foster and grow the Steminist Movement community both within the E-Board and greater TSM community by planning and hosting networking and social events
