Steminist Science Fair

TSM's Outreach Commitee has organized a series of interactive science fair workshops for children ages seven to sixteen! Focusing on three key themes, Patterns in Nature, Environmentalism and Sustainability, and Food Science and Chemistry, the goal of this project is to engage participants in hands-on, dialogical activities where they can conduct experiments, take part in creative challenges, and observe demonstrations. Through these experiences, we aim to empower young learners to feel more equipped to address real-world challenges in their communities, as well as expose them to career opportunities in the sciences. Concepts presented through the workshops will relate to or build upon relevant science curricula for youth.
